Create videos, images, and audio with one AI plan

Your projects are not public to other users. Magic Hour does not use your prompts, uploads, or generated outputs to train AI models, and Magic Hour personnel do not routinely review customer content.

Automated systems and contracted service providers process content only to provide, secure, and support the service. Magic Hour may use aggregated or de-identified usage data that excludes your prompts, uploads, and outputs to debug and improve the product. Authorized personnel access is limited to support, security, legal, or policy needs. Retention varies by workflow, and you can delete saved assets from your account. Download anything you want to keep first.

Yes, you own the assets you generate, subject to our Terms of Service and applicable law. Assets may not be unique or qualify for copyright protection. Paid subscribers, credit-pack customers, and customers with a separately agreed paid usage-based billing arrangement may use assets commercially, subject to applicable content rights.

Users without one of these paid arrangements may use generated content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

New subscriptions and renewals are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of payment if fewer than 400 credits have been used since that payment. Credit pack purchases are eligible for a full refund if requested within 7 days of purchase and none of the credits from that pack have been used.

Refunds are limited to one approved refund per customer, except for duplicate charges and refunds required by law. Abusive requests and accounts that violate our Terms of Service are ineligible. Request a refund at support@magichour.ai. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear.

Free accounts may receive starter credits and account-specific ways to earn more rewards. Check your account for your current credit balance and available rewards.

Paid plans include more creation capacity and premium features for creators and teams who need higher volume. Your account and plan pages show the credits and rewards available to you.

When you run out of credits, you have three options:

• You can wait for your next billing cycle to start. You can see when your next billing cycle starts in Next Invoice in My Plan.
• You can purchase credit packs, which are one-time credit purchases in Pricing. This allows you to "top up" your plan whenever you run out.
• You can change plans in My Plan and choose Start now or Change at renewal. The confirmation shows the amount due, credits added, and effective date. Starting now charges the full target-plan price and begins a new billing period without proration. Changing at renewal keeps your current plan until the displayed date.

We accept credit cards and debit cards worldwide, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, and China UnionPay.

We accept other payment options depending on your country and region, including:

• Wallets: Apple Pay, Cash App Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Link, Alipay, WeChat Pay
• Bank Redirects: Bancontact, EPS, giropay, iDEAL, Przelewy24
• Buy Now, Pay Later: Affirm, Afterpay/Clearpay, Klarna

We do not accept PayPal.

All users have access to email and live chat support. Paid subscribers receive priority support, with responses typically within 3 hours during business hours (Pacific Time).
